Jane Hammoud, a potter, and Mary Sexton, a pastel painter, have different palettes and processes — one grounded in form and fire, the other in pigment and mark making — both artists interpret the world through design, discovering how color and shape can evoke mood, movement, and meaning in uniquely powerful ways. Come and met Jane and Mary for First Friday, May 2 from 5 to 8pm at Gallery 113, 125 1/2 N Tejon. Visit during May to see their new work!
